Bresaola Pizza — soft base, truffle finish.
Bresaola’s one of those Italian ingredients that doesn’t shout… it just quietly makes everything better. This special is a proper flex from Kirribilli Woodfire Kitchen — hand-stretched dough made with Italian “00” flour from Napoli, soft airy Neapolitan base, wood-fired heat, and that classic balance we’re known for. The kind of best pizza Sydney energy that hits after Kirribilli Markets, a Harbour Bridge Walk, or when Vivid Fire Kitchen kicks off. Low-key fancy, very local favourite.

Our Apple & Cinnamon Calzone is one of the best winter desserts in Sydney right now — think apple pie meets apple strudel, but wrapped in our soft, hand-stretched Neapolitan-style woodfire pizza base. It’s filled with sliced apple, raisin and pine nuts, and if you’re dining in, it lands with vanilla ice cream. We’re the Home of the Dessert Calzones and Tiramisus in Kirribilli, with Nutella, Biscoff and Apple & Cinnamon on the menu now… plus the specials board if we’re testing something cheeky. Perfect after the Kirribilli Markets, a Harbour Bridge walk, Luna Park, or a cosy little date night.

Some specials come and go… and some just refuse to leave your head. This Open Calzone was one of our previous specials, and honestly, it was a proper reminder of what we do best at Kirribilli Woodfire Kitchen — hand-stretched dough made with Italian “00” flour from Napoli, soft airy Neapolitan texture, wood-fired heat and the kind of specials that keep locals checking what’s next. This one’s off the menu for now, but if you know our pizza, you know the next special won’t mess around either.

Not all pizza is built the same. Burrata Pizza is one of our signature flexes at Kirribilli Woodfire Kitchen — traditional hand-stretched Neapolitan base, proper Italian tomato sauce, then next-level toppings that somehow still feel balanced. Soft, light, foldable crust, bresaola, rocket, cherry tomatoes, burrata and olive oil… it’s giving best pizza Sydney, best Italian pizzeria, and very strong date night / girls night / hidden gem Sydney energy. Even better after Kirribilli Markets or a Harbour Bridge Walk during Vivid Fire Kitchen.
