🍄 Meet the Crispy Mushroom Royale. Golden beef & mushroom croquettes with sesame flatbread, basil pesto hummus, grilled zucchini and pickled radish, finished with whipped mascarpone and smoky chipotle mayo. Crispy, creamy, smoky… basically, a little bit of everything we love.
🍤 Then there’s the Pan-Seared Prawn Gnocchi. Golden potato gnocchi, succulent prawns, blistered cherry tomatoes and baby spinach, all tossed through a rich white wine brown butter sauce with confit garlic and chilli.
