White Asparagus is back at Stuvesants House in Crows Nest!
White asparagus (known as Spargel or Weißer Spargel in German) is the same plant species as green asparagus, but it is grown completely shielded from sunlight. Without light, the plant cannot make chlorophyll, resulting in tender, ivory spears with a milder, sweeter, and more nutty taste than green asparagus.
We have imported them directly from Europe - so come and try for yourself!

Stuyvesant's House offers a unique blend of authentic European cuisine and one of Australia's largest w**e cellars. And of course it's not just about the food or the w**e - Rudi is an experience all of his own! But don't take our word for it - come by and see for yourself.

Stuyvesant's House is one of the longest enduring traditions in Sydney, with the restaurant being in the same spot for over 60 years.
As Rudi says "a day without w**e is like a day without sunshine". So come make your day at Stuyvesant's House - open for lunch Monday to Friday, and dinner Monday to Saturday.

The countdown is on! Only 2 MORE DAYS till Rudi is back in the kitchen at Stuyvesant's House. He has been on the pans whilst on holidays in Germany, and he has brought some incredible dishes back with him.
To try some authentic European cuisine, matched with w**es from one of the largest cellars in Australia, book now! Open 5 days a week for lunch and dinner (Mon - Fri), and dinner on Saturday.

Great news everyone! Rudi is back from Germany refreshed from a well needed break, and Stuyveasant’s House reopens this Saturday for dinner!
We’d love to see you - so come on in and just maybe Rudi will join you for a glass (or two) of some w**e from the cellar!
