Last night, we celebrated an unforgettable evening where Executive Chef Insup partnered with Anthony, founder of Vic’s Meat, to honour heritage, patience, and flavour.
Fire — the flames from our woodfire grill, elevating some of Australia’s finest beefs.
Time — the ferment and patience woven into Korean traditions.
Tradition — generations of dry-ageing, fermentation, and artistry passed down through the years.
From a thoughtfully crafted 6-course menu to perfectly paired beverages, every dish was a testament to innovation meeting heritage. The chefs and team at Black worked tirelessly, and the result was pure culinary magic.

To get to Pyrmont Street in Sydney, you can take the train to Town Hall Station and transfer to the Light Rail towards Pyrmont Bay. Alternately, you can take buses 389 or 501 from Central Station or buses 443 or 442 from George Street, which all stop near Pyrmont Bridge Road.
