A real burger yum 🤤
Putting all of my favourite barbecue meats onto one burger is definitely a cheat code for landing straight into my top 10 burgers of all time 🍔🔥
This is the Money McLaren from Bacon Bros in Christchurch.
I paid $28 and wasn't disappointed.
This thing is loaded with:
🥩 12-hour smoked brisket
🔥 Pork belly burnt ends
🥓 Crispy bacon
🧀 Cheese
🧅 Caramelised onions
🥟 Brisket wonton
🍔 Smash patty
The flavour combination was absolutely insane.
My only critique was that the brisket and burnt ends had dried out a little from reheating.
Fix that, and this burger is almost a perfect 10/10 👌
