Some sausage rolls are sensible. This is not one of them.

The Chicken & Pork Chorizo Sausage Roll started as one of those “what if we…” conversations in the bakery. The kind that usually ends with flour on the bench, a tray in the oven, and someone standing around pretending they’re “just tasting it for feedback.”

Smoky, savoury and a little fiery around the edges, it’s got that chorizo-style kick wrapped up in our golden butter pastry. The sort of thing you grab for lunch, then spend the rest of the afternoon wondering if going back for another one is considered research.

It’s in stores now for a limited time and minis are also available for catering in packs.

As the temperature drops, the pots are back on and the bakery is doing what it does best. Keeping things warm, simple and properly made.

Our soups are cooked in-house, in small batches, and built for cold mornings, rainy afternoons and everything in between. This year, we’re bringing back the exact same rotation, and who knows, we might change it up a bit: Spiced Chickpea and Carrot • Pea and Ham • Chicken and Corn • Classic Minestrone.

Each one is slow-simmered and served hot, best paired with a thick slice of sourdough on the side.

Available now, rotating weekly across bakeries. This week, Pea and Ham.

The Chicken, Bacon and Corn Sausage Roll is coming to the end of its run. A quiet cult classic. The one people always asked about and always wanted us to bring it back.

Comforting without being heavy. Savoury, with that touch of sweetness from the corn, a bit of warmth from white pepper and five spice, all wrapped in that buttery pastry.

And just like that, it’s nearly time to say goodbye again

If you've gotten this far and haven't tried it, don't say we didn't warn you.

We have something just around the corner....

We love a Sunday Baker's Loaf change up and what better then a Quinoa and Grain Sourdough

Quinoa brings a subtle nuttiness, while the grain blend adds depth and a soft, hearty crumb. The crust is dark and crackly, the inside tender and full of character.

Perfect toasted with butter, stacked high with avocado, or paired with soups and winter salads.

A proper everyday loaf. Pre order ahead for pick up on Sundays.
