Italian restaurants are known for their delicious pasta dishes and authentic flavors. And when it comes to Pasta Emilia, they take it to a whole new level. This certified-organic Italian restaurant in Sydney is not just about serving great food, but also educating people about the art of pasta making.
Their pasta is simply amazing and has been recognized twice by The Sydney Morning Herald as having the best pasta in Sydney. You can even buy their organic pasta and sauces from their shop to cook at home. But if you want the full experience, you have to visit their restaurant (when self-isolation is over) and taste their mouth-watering dishes.
What sets Pasta Emilia apart from other Italian restaurants is their commitment to using organic ingredients sourced directly from some of the country's best farmers and producers. Their pasta goddess, Anna, uses signature ingredients from her home Emilia, the gastronomic capital of Italy, to bring you an authentic taste that will transport you straight to Italy.
If you're interested in learning how to make pasta like a pro, Pasta Emilia offers cooking classes (once we're allowed to gather in groups again) where you can learn from the experts themselves.
Overall, Pasta Emilia is a must-visit Italian restaurant in Sydney for anyone who loves good food and wants to experience authentic Italian flavors.
