Last night we had the pleasure of hosting Miss Universe Thailand for dinner at our chef’s table, alongside the team from .
Thank you for spending the evening with us. It meant a lot to share our food with guests who know Thai cuisine so well.
On that note, the Thailand Grand Festival is on at Tumbalong Park, Darling Harbour this weekend, 19-20 September, free entry from 10am. Expect Thai street food from four regions, live music, traditional dance, Muay Thai demonstrations and a Thai fashion show. Good spot for pad thai, khao soi and sticky mango rice if you’re around Darling Harbour.
If you can’t make it in for dinner this week, go find the team there instead.
