Our first Satellite store is up & running in Bondi Beach hosted by

Big thank you to the incredibly talented head chef for taking on a couple more items to handle during their busy service. My shawarma was bang on perfect the other night 👌

July 31st 2022 we closed our doors to our physical restaurant in Bondi Beach. Coming up to 11 months later & Vegan Leb is making its return!!
100% organic falafel, baked oil free or fried (wrap or plate) + Organic Spelt flour Seitan Chick’n Shawarma (wrap or plate)
Also selling vine leaves, dips & hot chips/drinks/desserts.
Simple menu. Easy to operate & we are hoping this is the start of a new way of running a food business.
Complete new source of revenue stream for our partners & they will be the biggest winners.

“Hummus” means Chickpea in Arabic.
My food ethos has always been to make it taste incredible whilst having nothing nasty in there.
There are dozens are Hummus brands out there & spelt in different ways, but try find one without oil or any preservatives & citric acid.
Vegan Lebanese Hummus will be available very soon and can be delivered to your doorstep anywhere in Australia via refrigerated vehicles. Forgot to mention it’s 100% organic even down to the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
My 7 year old daughter can’t get enough of it and hopefully your kids will love it too 🙌🏻
It also has a whopping 9.9g protein/100g 💪🏼

Truthfully speaking, if I knew how hard the first 6 years was going to be I probably wouldn’t have started Vegan Lebanese.
Lost business partners & friends, went broke multiple times, dumped 20k super into Campbell Pde (now Betty’s burgers 😂) & trying to make a restaurant work with no liquor license & crazy high rent 😅Borrowed tonnes of $ off my mother and worked everyday for years with no pay. Hardest years of my life hands down!!
I’ve taken the last 6 months off to sit back and work out how to continue selling our food with little to no capital. It’s too tasty not to be sold & I miss it more than anyone, plus I don’t give up often!!
Virtual restaurants is the answer for me 👌

They don’t have a mono filling like other Baklava’s & we also use olive oil instead of a processed vegan butter.

Our last 7 days at 42 Hall St, Bondi.
To all our customers and everyone who’s supported and shared us over the years, thank you. It’s been unreal. Our customers who have followed us from the Ramsgate Market days, the 1000’s of messages saying how much the food blew your minds, sharing us with your friends and communities, without you all, we have no business. You are all what keeps me going till this day.
To my crew that have worked tirelessly to make my life easier over the past few years and most especially the last few months, you guys have been incredible. I couldn’t have done it without you all.
I’m pretty sure this last week is going to be crazy busy but I’m looking forward to feeding you amazing people one more time (or a few more times) just for now. See you soon,
