it is ALWAYS missing japan hours, but luckily with access to hashi sushi, i can sedate myself with some delicious sushi and sashimi. hashi sushi has so many options on their sushi train that includes some of the most creative combinations.
all the cuts are super fresh and prepared so efficiently,
genuinely reminiscent of a shinkansen 😛 everything was so delicious, from the dons to the nigiris, and even all the katsus in the kids meal. (yes we got a kids meal. and yes it was delicious.)
their hand rolls have amazing flavour combos, loaded with filling too 😻 in short, you’ll have nothing but a good time if you come check out hashi sushi. they’re open in both rhodes and macquarie, and their macquarie branch has two storeys of sushi train!
