Inspired by our mates at Mr Black Spirits, we’ve deliciously infused our cold foam with toasted croissants from Tuga Pastries Bakery, giving it a creamy, buttery finish with just the right touch of sweetness.
Dolloped over cold brew sweetened with a touch of vanilla, this limited-edition bevvy is now pouring at our Bondi Tasting Bar.

A special shoutout to our September Barista of the Month – Aron - one of the friendly faces behind the machine at Beachouse Woolgoolga. They’re all about a good espresso, a good laugh and picking up something new along the way.
When they’re not at the cafe, Aron’s ideal day involves a well-earned sleep-in, a chill breaky and a walk in the sun to grab a coffee. Add a crochet session by the beach and you’ve got a pretty solid day off.
It’s the people around the cafe that Aron enjoys most about his role as barista. Between the banter, shared knowledge and plenty of tips shared behind the machine, there’s always something to take away and plenty to keep things interesting.
While there’s plenty more to Aron than great coffee - you’ll have to stop by and see for yourself.
