Doing secondary fermentation on a small batch of kombucha today. Our family's favourite flavour combo: blueberry & ginger. I think we'll have to add this to our Sydney Meal Delivery menu. Yummo ... Pro Tip: don't forget to save some as a Starter for your next batch 1st! Would you like to learn how to make kombucha? Invite us to run a Kombucha class for your friends/colleagues (see bio link). What a joy and privilege to cater for not one, but two retreats last week. Tiring, yes — but also so much fun and incredibly inspiring to see the amazing work that are doing. Thank you Chris for entrusting your staff and clients to us. Hope to work with you again soon ...
