Chef Amber’s newest menu concept, Moana: Origins On A Plate Dinner, has been featured by What She Just Said!
"The Butler’s Chef’s Dinner Series returns with a seafood-led collaboration between Amber Doig, Carolyne Helmy and seafood advocate Umar Nguyen.
The five-course shared menu moves from lighter snacks and raw dishes through to a whole fish centrepiece, with a focus on sourcing and seasonality.
Chefs will walk guests through each course. Tickets are $95 and include a welcome drink."
