Your new Tuesday ritual starts tonight 🌮

Chef Amber Doig's Lamb Barbacoa has long been one of The Butler's most-loved dishes - Oaxacan-inspired, braised for twelve hours until it falls apart at the touch of a fork.

Launching tonight & throughout Winter, we're sharing it in a new way. Every Tuesday from 4:30pm, Tuesday Table brings the Barbacoa to you taco-style: rich, smoky lamb piled into warm corn tortillas, served with shoestring fries, cucumber, sumac onions, and salsa on the side for just $40 per person.
