Calling all villains and vixens… This month we’re pouring the 2018 Villain & Vixen Shiraz from Hentley Farm, a wine that prefers charm over bravado.
Defying the notion that bigger is always better, this stunning Shiraz is all about elegance and allure, with soft, silky tannins, bright fruit and beautifully balanced, complex flavours. A little rebellious, perhaps, but all the more enjoyable for it.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Cellos Grand Dining Room for our Mother’s Day Opera High Tea exquisitely perfromed by Opera Bites. It was a beautiful afternoon of live music, high tea and shared moments together.
