To our valued customers, it’s with a heavy heart that we have to tell you that Blue Ginger will be temporarily closing after 22 years.
It would come as no surprise to you that the past few years have been particularly challenging for the hospitality industry due to the ongoing impact of the pandemic, and Blue Ginger has not been spared. Nevertheless, we want to deeply thank our community and our staff for their constant support, not only through these tough times, but throughout the last 22 years.
So, while we may be saying farewell to our premises at 241 Darling Street Balmain, it’s not the end of Blue Ginger. We’re working hard to ensure we can continue serving our fabulous community. Keep following us for news of an exciting pop-up, while we look to secure a permanent new home within the Balmain area.
