Everyone keeps asking me, “Are you excited for this new adventure… a brand new renovated Favola?”
Honestly… I feel a little emotional.
We started with just 18 seats. A tiny place with a big dream.
And this small reality gave me so much — so many emotions, so much satisfaction.
From those first quiet services to a record of 302 covers in one sitting… and all the beautiful articles written about us along the way. What a journey.
Thank you to every single one of you who supported us, believed in us, and filled these walls with life.
Today is our last day before renovations begin.
