is happening again this year, and we will be there showing off our wares... But this time, we have a van! (That means we'll be actually making coffee this year 🥳)

We love watching the journeys of the bakers at The Bread & Butter Project!

Today, our refugee trainees are learning to make milk buns with our Head Baker, Ken.
From mixing the dough and shaping, to proving and baking, there’s a lot to learn.
As skills and confidence grow, we’re excited to observe our current cohort’s progress each week.
