Celebrating 25 years today April 22nd, 2022.

I was 25 years old when I started and I’d like to thank all of you for the past 25 years which gave me an amazing journey.

With lots of ups and downs, it truly has been an amazing venture that this past 25 years has flown by. Being a father of three boys now, my journey will need to slightly change.

I’ve done everything I wanted with IL Nido The Nest. Had unbelievable staff that all moved on to their chosen careers, and great loyalty from Mark our chef. But in the last two years being hard on all small businesses, we discovered the takeaway value and Pizza kits have been a game changer for us. This change has also given us back more family time.

We are now bringing in “Nest Exclusive”. Where the venue is hired exclusively to family or friend groups and create a home away from home feel environment. As there are so many apartments in the hills that cannot entertain larger groups, or people that just don’t want the hassle of cleaning up afterwards at home.

“Nest Exclusive” can provide the venue from just booking us out for your own needs or providing our expertise to serve you casually. Why enjoy your celebration with other customers around, when you can make the venue just for you.
