Would you believe me if I told you that components of this Sourdough were over 23 years old?

Back in the year 2001, a very much younger me wanted to start my own Bakery. I bought a small patisserie in Nth Bondi (some of you might remember) it was not very busy, very small, and had little to no equipment. I remember the guy I bought it off was perplexed that I was going to turn his little boutique patisserie into a bakery.
Flash forward 20+ years I've fed that starter every day since. It's my baby, and I'm very protective of it (I may or may not have let a few people go over the years after they put it at risk)😉

Directions to Clovelly Road in Sydney can be reached using public transport via the Eastern Suburbs Line train and disembarking at Bondi Junction Station. From there, take bus route 339 towards Randwick and get off at the Clovelly Road stop. The bakery and coffee shop is just a short walk from the bus stop.

For those driving or taking a taxi, take Anzac Parade heading south and turn right on Clovelly Road. There are metered parking spots available along the street but parking may be limited during peak hours.
