As a Chef, getting to where I am, it required an immense amount of sacrifice and unwavering consistency. It meant long, demanding hours on my feet, missed holidays and family moments, physical exhaustion, and years of starting at the bottom with the humility to keep learning every single day. I chose to give up comfort, stability, and certainty to fully commit to the craft, trusting the process even when the rewards weren’t immediate.

Along the way, I took on the challenge of opening multiple restaurants, each one demanding everything I had—mentally, physically, and emotionally. Building teams from the ground up, creating systems, maintaining standards, and leading under constant pressure tested me in ways I couldn’t have imagined. There were moments of doubt, setbacks, losses and sleepless nights, but those experiences forced me to grow quickly and stay accountable.

Every challenge refined not only my technical skills in the kitchen but also my leadership, resilience, and mindset as a chef. The journey was far from easy, but it shaped who I am today, and I carry those lessons into every service, every team I lead, and every plate that leaves the kitchen.
