Kung hey fat choi from Bill and the Blue Dragon family! Happy Year of the Dragon and great blessings to you all.
If you have ever joined us at the Blue Dragon for Chinese New Year celebration, you will remember the talented Pak Hok Kung Fu International Inc. who performed over the years. Their energy and passion have always taken our celebrations to the next level.
We were so excited to see them again this year....and even more excited to see their story featured on SBS VICELAND!
To learn more about lion dance and the history of the amazing team at Pak Hok, make sure to take a look at their feature (link in the comments).
We hope you all have a wonderful Year of the Dragon.

Hi Blue Dragon family!
I apologise it's been a while since we've given you an update on the cookbook but we are definitely still keen and working on making it happen. We're so grateful and excited that people are still asking for it and we do hear you! It's just been a weird two years!
To help us with this, we'd love to know how you would like to keep this piece of memorabilia with you.
Let us know in the comments if you'd prefer:
- a physical book
- an e-copy / pdf copy
Thank you!

We wanted to wish Bill Ng a very happy birthday today! 🎉🥳
There might not be an oversized sword to celebrate today but we're sending him all the joy and good things!

Many of you will know Bill's daughter, Tiff from the times she was just in a stroller to when she would worked the front desk of the Blue Dragon on the weekends.
But outside of the Blue Dragon, she runs a social media business, The Social Story and is now up for an exciting award celebrating Women In Media.
If you could spare two minutes to give her a vote, we'd be incredibly grateful! (She's also the one in charge of getting the cookbook together so she promises that for every vote, that's an extra push to get it finished and over to you!)

One year since we closed the doors to Blue Dragon for a final time.
And what a year it has been! We've truly missed seeing the friendly faces of our customers and being a part of the Northmead community. And we've been humbled by your continued support and love for the Blue Dragon.
So we are very excited to announce that we are planning a cookbook!
We've heard your feedback and have been working hard behind the scenes to bring you something truly special. Part memory book, part cookbook - this will be filled with recipes of your favourite dishes and some of our favourite memories.

Its not a Chinese New Year celebration without a performance from our friends at Pak Hok Kung Fu International.
Great to catch them this year (and a few new, smaller recruits!) Gong hey fat choi indeed!
