It has been four years since I founded Noranise Dining. I often get asked “what does it mean?”. The logo and the name combine both my youth when I used to sail and my favourite spice !

The welcome canapés selection were:
• Cured salmon with smoked labneh on blinis
• Avocado toast with finger lime and basil
• Walnut cake with white chocolate and raspberry

Last week, Noranise Dining was thrilled to cater for the launch of GAGGENAU’s next generation of appliances.
The event unfolded in their superb Surry Hills showroom, where guests enjoyed a refined selection of canapés, each creation reflecting GAGGENAU’s pursuit of perfection.
This vision of perfection is rooted in the Bauhaus philosophy, where design and function exist in harmony. A principle we proudly translate into our cuisine.
