A curated menu for MUJI Australia in collab with HUTTON HOUSE and hosted by the lovely Zara Wong 🤍 at the Palm House RBG.

The hero ingredient, carrot, was cooked and served in various ways, techniques and textures, using the whole ingredient in a circular way throughout the menu ♻️

MASSIVE kudos to our team of chefs led by Choi Eun / mooa
for putting together this incredible menu and detailed ex*****on.

We had too much fun assembling this beautiful cake live for B&D's wedding last weekend at Villa Toscana Hunter Valley ♥️😍
Vanilla sponge, orange jam, mascarpone cream, and lots and lots of fresh berries.

There's a lot that goes into a smooth service. When it feels like you don't even notice the F&B team doing their thing - food and drink flows at the right times, conversations happen easily, the event progression feels natural.
Runsheet, dietaries, speeches, VIPs, staff allocations. These are some of the details covered during a thorough team brief, which set us up for a great event.

How about setting up a little restaurant right in your office? The team at BVN Architecture built this wooden and metal archway structure in their office as part of a project, which ended staying as a permanent installation. The tables were set underneath it, creating a unique and intimate structure.
A beautiful setting for 40 guests and our 5 course menu.

This is our hazelnut tart, it usually stays untouched for the first few minutes of a grazing table service, until the first guests tries it and goes 🤯 'omg!'. Then it's only a few more minutes until it's gone 🤩
