We’re looking for someone who is confident working with a dough sheeter and has experience producing a variety of doughs, pastries & baked goods in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the pastry industry, eager to learn, reliable, committed and take pride in producing high quality products. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and has a genuine love for traditional baking and pastry work.

Located at Burwood Road in Sydney, the dessert shop and coffee shop can be reached by bus or train. If taking the bus, alight at Burwood Road near Woodside Avenue stop and walk for around three minutes to reach the destination. The nearest train station is Burwood Station, which is approximately a 10-minute walk away.
For those driving, there are limited parking spaces available on Burwood Road. However, there are nearby paid parking options such as Westfield Burwood car park or street parking on surrounding streets.
The dessert restaurant can also be accessed through public transport. Take the bus to the Burwood Road near Park Avenue stop and walk for about 5 minutes to reach the destination. Alternatively, you may take a train and get off at either Croydon Station or Ashfield Station and walk for approximately 15-20 minutes to reach your destination.
For those driving, there are paid parking options within walking distance such as Palace Garden Multi-storey Carpark or limited street parking available on nearby streets.
