Vejoes classic for a reason. Literally the best halloumi burger in Sydney. Maybe further.
Grilled (best) halloumi, cold smoked and then grilled mushrooms, caramelised onions, green chilli pumpkin jam (homemade heaven), mayo and mixed leaves. On a non sweetened poppy seed bun/roll. The bread is important.
Comes with crisps (crisps is the most apt word and should be used more liberally in Australia).
Vejoes Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 5pm-8pm in Goodsell street St Peters EVERY week. This weekend I’ll be on Saturday 12-4. Thursday-Sunday is always different.
