What people say
The Filo Kitchen is a Filipino pop-up kitchen that has been recreating home recipes in food events around the Central Coast. Their slow-roasted Crispy Pork Belly is a must-try, and they even shared their recipe on social media for everyone to enjoy at home. The Fish Escabeche is also a hit among their loyal customers, who continue to support them through thick and thin. Despite selling out in under two hours during their Pinoy Fiesta event, The Filo Kitchen remains grateful for the overwhelming love and support from the Central Coast and Umina Peninsula community. They even collaborated with Six String Brewery to create a Pinoy Fiesta Pineapple Gose beer that perfectly complements their dishes. If you're looking for authentic Filipino cuisine, The Filo Kitchen should definitely be on your list of places to visit.
