10 years of Restaurant Hubert.
A decade of devoted hospitality and serving Sydney in a way it had never seen before.
For ten years, Hubert has been shaped by the people within it, our guests, musicians, chefs, bartenders, and floor team - the many hands and hearts behind every service.
This anniversary is a moment to acknowledge that history, to continue it and to share gratitude.
So, thank you, thank you to the beautiful people who have chosen Hubert to mark the occasions over the years.

The Theatre Royale doors will swing open every Sunday in January, with a wondrous line up of movies, magic, old-world cabaret and of course, free-flowing magnums of wine.

Calvin is back. After a two month tour of the Tony Award winning Lady Day at Emerson's Bar & Grill theatre production, resident Jazz Man, Mr Calvin Welch, will lead a new era of live Jazz at Restaurant Hubert. The worlds finest lineups are curated daily and nightly for the Restaurant Hubert stage, walk ins are always welcomed although we do recommend booking.
