Postcard from Napoli was a pizza place and Neapolitan restaurant born out of the passion for food shared by Dino and Davide. Davide, a traditional Neapolitan pizza chef and graduate of "Gambero Rosso" and Association Verace Pizza Napoletana, created authentic Neapolitan pizzas from dough raised for at least 24 hours at room temperature. Meanwhile, Dino's vision was to export "Neapoletan-ity" in Australia. Unfortunately, this restaurant has been permanently closed.

Postcard from Napoli is a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Neapolitan pizza. The restaurant is run by Dino and Davide, two passionate and knowledgeable foodies who are dedicated to sharing their love of traditional Neapolitan cuisine with the people of Australia.
Davide's expertise as a Pizzaiolo is evident in every dish he creates. His pizzas are made using only the finest ingredients and follow traditional Neapolitan methods, resulting in a taste that is truly authentic. And while he may not put pineapple on your pizza, you won't miss it once you taste the delicious flavors of his creations.
Dino's vision for Postcard from Napoli goes beyond just serving great food. He wants to recreate the vibrant atmosphere of the streets of Napoli, where people are friendly and always have time for a smile and a story. And with its warm and welcoming ambiance, Postcard from Napoli does just that.
The wood fire oven used to bake the pizzas was crafted by Stefano Ferrara in Napoli and shipped to Australia, ensuring that every pizza is cooked to perfection. The dough is raised for at least 24 hours at room temperature before being hand-stretched and baked for 60 to 90 seconds, resulting in a light and crispy crust that perfectly complements the toppings.
Overall, Postcard from Napoli is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an authentic Neapolitan dining experience. With its delicious food, warm atmosphere, and friendly staff, it's no wonder this restaurant has become such a popular spot among locals and tourists alike.
