Weโd never worked with protein before this collab.
Matcha has always been our world โ but protein? That was new territory. Back in July, we walked in with an idea for a protein collab with Emily Mazz | Fitness Coach / Nutritionist , and it meant learning a whole new side of nutrition โ why protein actually matters, not just how to make it taste good.
Weeks of taste-tests, tweaked recipes, and a lot of โletโs try this differentlyโ moments later, this is what came out of it. Not just yum. Actually good for you too.
