De-Peach Mode
Waqar Pisco, Lime Leaf, Foxtrot Peach Liqueur, Floral Vermouth, Whites
In true Dave Gahan fashion, we’ve named this cocktail ‘De Peach Mode’ for much the same reason the lead singer of ‘Depeche Mode’ chose their own moniker — it sounded pretty cool.
Chilean muscat grape pisco is paired with a house-made floral vermouth crafted from locally foraged flowers and herbs, citrus, toasted spices, and Pinot Grigio from the Limestone Coast. The cocktail is sweetened with our house-made yellow peach liqueur and finished with a bright lift from fresh makrut lime leaf tincture. A touch of egg white brings a silky texture and a delicate foam.
