Last weekend, our team completed the Regional NSW Brewers Cup competition 2026, and we couldn’t be prouder of what everyone achieved.
Jibbi finished in 3rd place. Interestingly, both competitors had the exact same score, but the competitor with the higher Accuracy score was awarded the higher placing. Regardless of the result, we’re incredibly proud of the performance and the coffee presented on stage.
Dao finished right behind Jibbi in 4th place (or 5th if counting from the tied position), making it an even stronger result for our team.
A special shout-out to K, who competed in Brewers Cup for the very first time. After only three days of training, he placed 7th out of 18 competitors.
Seeing someone step onto the competition stage for the first time and perform at that level was something we’re really proud of.
Brewers Cup was also the largest competition of the event, with the highest number of competitors participating. To have all three of our competitors finish in the top half of such a strong field means a lot to us.
Most importantly, every coffee used by our team was roasted by Jibbi. Countless hours went into selecting, roasting, tasting, brewing, and refining every detail before stepping onto the stage.
Thank you to everyone who supported us, cheered for us, tasted coffee with us, and believed in what we’re building.
And if you’d like to try any of the coffees we used in competition, feel free to ask our staff or Jibbi. We may still have a small amount available, but quantities are

Update 27.03.26
At the moment, we are unable to open or operate inside the café due to the lack of water and electricity. The back of the building has been significantly damaged. Although the café space itself was not directly affected, we must wait for the entire building to be repaired, which may take some time.
This situation has been incredibly painful, but I am doing everything I can to keep the business and our team moving forward, even in a small way.
For now, we have temporarily relocated next door. We are still serving coffee, matcha, and our signature drinks. As we cannot offer indoor seating, we’ve arranged a small outdoor seating area in front of the shop.
We also continue to offer retail coffee as usual. If you’d like to place a retail order or support us, please feel free to message us or visit us at the temporary location.
Thank you so much for your continued support—it truly means everything to us.
