Festa is next month, the 25th of October. Thanks to Co.As.It generously allowing us some time on their main stage, we will be hosting the first festa cannoli eating contest! If you think you have what it takes, and are available that day, just register your interest with a comment below, and we will choose a competitor! We have 1 person locked in, so this is the 2nd of just 4 places available.

Father's Day special!
If you ever wanted to grab one of our cannoli cakes, but they were just a little too large, this might be perfect for you!
16 mini cannoli in your choice of flavour, in I guess what we are calling a "mini giant" shell, just $95. Comes with your choice of ribbon colour and a custom message.
Also available are tubs of our cannoli fillings if you wanted to add a little something to dip the big shell in afterwards.
Please get your orders in early for Fathers day to avoid missing out!

Big announcement!
Thanks to Co.As.It generously allowing us to use their main stage at this years Norton Street Italian Festa, we are conducting a Cannoli eating contest!
Final details still to come, but we are looking for 3 or 4 contestants, and will choose one from the comments section in this post. If you would like to enter, or know someone you think might be right for the job, just leave a comment below telling us why. Winner will be selected next monday 24.8.26, and we will select more contestants as we move closer to the day.

Pretty great to see Mark Wahlberg getting to experience a little bit of Italian/Australian tradition on his recent birthday trip in Aus! Thanks to Wahlburgers for introducing him to the Continental cake to finish after an epic birthday burger!

The classic Bianco e Nero cake. Introduced to Sydney by us in the 1970s, it quickly became and still remains an absolute favourite.
Profiteroles (bigne) rolled in a chocolate hazelnut cream. Traditionally filled with Chantilly (a mix of our classic vanilla custard made lighter with some fresh cream whipped through). It can also be filled with chocolate and vanilla custard if you prefer.
Starting at a 10 ball serve for just $35, we can make them bigger, or even in the shape of numbers for a special occasion.

Bianco Nero........ Profiteroles filled with delicious chantilly cream then rolled in a soft chocolate and hazelnut cream, finished with chocolate curls and strawberries. YUMMM!
