TRUFFLE SEASON IS HERE 📣🫶🏼
This Japanese fusion brunch cafe has launched their new truffle menu & it’s only here for a limited time.
My favourite was the ESPRESSO TIRAMISU PANCAKE ($27), very moist with an almost caramel-like coffee sauce. Usually there’s always too little cream/mascarpone to go with the pancake but this had the perfect ratio 🤌🏻
Carbonara Wagyu with truffle ($37) was also SUPER indulgent (and I’ve never had carbonara with Wagyu which was interesting & worked well!)
and i normally don’t like mentaiko, but was pleasantly surprised that the buttery truffle mentaiko sourdough ($29) was not too briny/fishy tasting. The balance with the creamy egg and bonito flakes was so good!
