100g of Suzy Spoon’s shredded vegan seitan, olive oil, sweet potato slices, 100g of vegan yogurt, 1 tablespoon of miso, 1/4 of a cup of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 clove of garlic, 1 thumb of ginger, 1 cup of spring onions, 1/2 a teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 a teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 bunch of coriander, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, For the salad- lettuce, blanched cauliflower and broccoli, cucumber, carrot, sweet potato, red and yellow capsicum and spring onions.

gigipizzeria in Newtown are currently using our Pepperoni on their Pepperoni pizza. It also features the vegan cheese made by fauxshovegan.

Sweet potato & tahini brownies
6 soaked dates, 1+ 1/2 cups of cooked sweet potato, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 1 cup of diced chocolate, 3 tablespoons of tahini, 4 tablespoons of good quality cocoa powder, pinch of salt, 1+ 1/3 cups of oat flour, 1 tablespoon of baking soda, cook on 180c for 25 minutes. Dress with grated chocolate while hot.

Seitan with chili sesame noodles
Serves 4-
400g of Suzy Spoon’s Vegetarian Butcher brand Shredded Seitan, 6 cloves of garlic, 2 Tablespoons of tahini, 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter, 4 Tablespoons of sesame seeds, 1 cup of spring onions, 2 Tablespoons of crispy chili oil crispy bits, 4 Tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 Tablespoons of rice vinegar, 1/3 of a cup of olive oil, 200g of noodles cooked using directions on their pack. Spring onion and extra crispy chili bits to serve.
