Hello , sharing some picture of prekaged meal 😄. Happy mid-autumn festival to the guys celebrating. Only calculate about 100 soups ready to be in your fridge 😎. I’m making 20 bbq pork , 20 chicken ( breast ) , 30 wonton servings (spicy beef also available) . When I have time I will add seafood . 😁

Deliveries to where ? just enquire nothing silly like interstate .😂 but the day is gonna be Friday.
Cut off day is Thursday noon please 🙏.
Chicken is cooked to 60C(slightly pink) needs another 30 seconds under boiling water and your set. Egg noodle if at fridge temp needs about 4-5 minutes under boiling water/ strain after. The rest just need to be reheated to your desired temperature. ( soup should be just boiling 😃. ) .

Hi guys … I have some unfortunate news , I decide to close the actual shop for trading during this time . The last couple week has been hard , we been trying to find people to work and it wasn’t happening 😓. I really want to continue opening everyday but I don’t believe it the right thing for me , it’s school holiday I want to have some time off. It’s been really cold the last couple of days . I can make prepare the food base on pre orders a couple days earlier 😁.

So for people living close to us unable to pick-up Yellow circle is for daily delivery ( not considering Mondays yet). If you live close to outside circle and it isn't too far it fine. 😁
If you just message me during dinner or lunch time I should be able to get it you. If not I'll make changes here and notify you😅.

People outside (excluding the light-blue) I'll be picking a day of the week.👍 The plan is to be cold-frozen delivery, package so you can semi-cook the rest at home. (soup will be ready, just need reheat as well as the topping). noodle-wise there is still debate if you want it raw or cooked. There is a +ve, and -ve to both. Vege is a concern too, Frozen beansprout and green are abit mushy.
Still in early days, worst case it we still as if you did a takeaway at the stall. let me know if that okay.🧐
