Newmarket Hotel in Sydney is a must-visit for foodies and pub-goers alike. The menu boasts an impressive range of dishes, from the O’Connor Beef Angus Scotch Fillet MB3+ with potato gratin, mixed mushrooms, spinach purée, truffle butter and red wine jus to the Smoked chorizo pizza with San Marzano tomato, goat’s cheese & caramelized onion. The Mother’s Day specials were also a hit, featuring a Sashimi plate with bluefin tuna, salmon, kingfish and Prawn & Scallop Ravioli with fish broth, tomato, edamame, peashoots. The Wood fired scallops with kombu butter, garlic, breadcrumbs and shallots were also a standout dish. Even the pasta special - Ricotta and spinach gnocchi in their house-made Napoli sauce - was a classic that did not disappoint. And if you're looking for drinks to pair with your meal or just want to unwind after work, try their new cocktail "The First Light".
