Shingle Inn Shingle Inn was a coffee shop located in Rouse Hill Town Centre. The establishment was reopened after 11 years of storage following the extensive restoration of Brisbane City Hall. Shingle Inn celebrated this anniversary by inviting guests to explore behind the scenes while enjoying a glass of bubbles or morning coffee. In addition, the restaurant welcomed families for Easter celebrations and participated in the RizeUp Easter Drive to support those affected by domestic violence. Shingle Inn also featured Bunny Biscuits and delicious frittatas made with the freshest ingredients. Note: This restaurant has been permanently closed.
