Zambrero was a Mexican restaurant, health food restaurant, and fast food restaurant located on Archibald Avenue. It was an Australian franchise that sold delicious and healthy Mexican-inspired foods such as burritos, nachos, and tacos while also supporting humanitarian projects around the world. The restaurant was committed to tackling world hunger through its Plate 4 Plate initiative, which donated a meal to someone in need on behalf of every purchase made. Since being formed in 2005 by Dr. Sam Prince, Zambrero has donated over 36 million meals worldwide with a goal of donating 1 billion by 2025. Unfortunately, this restaurant has permanently closed.
