🔥 Update – with some pictures from yesterday afternoon 🔥

Yesterday was our first time with our food truck, and it was the hardest and most exhausting day we’ve experienced in over 15 years of business. The heat inside the truck was extreme, and at times it felt like we were going to pass out. The charcoal and conditions meant everything took much longer than expected almost double the time.

We honestly never thought it would get that hot inside, but we pulled through and completed the service, catering for a 50th birthday celebration. The taste was amazing, with lots of sides to complement the meat and chorizo, plus our homemade chimichurri. It was a very tough day, but also a huge learning experience.

Hopefully, we won’t have another scorching day like yesterday 🥵🔥
