No experience necessary willingness to learn and a good attitude are what matter most!
Duties include:
• Taking customer orders
• Serving customers
• Keeping the area tidy
• Cleaning up
• Helping with general food trailer duties
Weekend shifts will be rotated, with availability needed for:

📍 Saturday: 6pm – 10pm
📍 Sunday: 1pm – 8pm

We’ve had quite a few requests from our customers asking us to open during the day for lunch.
At the moment, we can’t commit to doing it every week, but whenever we’re able to open for lunch, we’ll post it here on Facebook as we go, so keep an eye out!

Craving a real charcoal barbecue and fresh Latin flavours? Come hungry and enjoy dinner with us at Mr Chorizo & Parrillada!
We’re located at the back of Market Town, Wetherill Park, next to Rennie’s Restaurant.
Everything is cooked fresh on charcoal, right there on the spot, including:
Beef ribs, asado, chorizo, morcilla, lamb cutlets, choripan, homemade beef and chicken milanesa, empanadas and more.
If you’d like to order chinchulines, choripan or morcilla, we recommend ordering at least 2 hours in advance, as these take longer to cook fresh on the charcoal. This way, you won’t have to wait as long when you arrive.
We’d love to see you tonight, so come down hungry and enjoy some good food and Latin vibes!

🔥 MR CHORIZO & PARRILLADA — OPEN TOMORROW! 🔥
We’ll be open tomorrow from 6:00pm–10:00pm with our delicious dinner menu, all cooked fresh over charcoal. 🔥
A little reminder for our customers our Chinchulines & Molleja are slow-cooked and need extra time to prepare properly. If they are rushed, they can become chewy, and we want to make sure you receive them tender and cooked to the best quality possible.
If you’re planning on ordering Chinchulines or Molleja, we’d really appreciate it if you could place your order around 2 hours in advance, especially on busy nights. ( if you don’t want to wait as long ) This gives us enough time to prepare them properly while keeping up with other orders.
Because we’re cooking in a food trailer over charcoal, the cooking process is different from a restaurant kitchen. We have to carefully manage the charcoal and heat for safety, particularly when cooking outdoors, so sometimes this can mean a little extra waiting time.
We sincerely apologise if you’ve experienced a longer wait. We’re a small family business, and we put a lot of love and care into everything we do. Our goal is always to serve you food that is fresh, cooked properly and full of flavour, rather than rushing your meal and compromising the quality.
Thank you so much for your patience, understanding and support. It means the world to us and allows us to keep doing what we love and bringing a little taste of our Parrillada to the community. 🔥

❤️ A LITTLE NOTE FROM US
We just wanted to explain a little about our cooking times following a recent feedback.
As mentioned on our menu and Facebook, some of our food takes longer to cook, especially our chinchulines and other achuras. These need time to cook properly and reach the right punto. If we rush the cooking, they can become undercooked and chewy.
We always aim to serve fresh food cooked properly, and sometimes that means waiting a little longer.
Our asado is also carefully selected and cut by our butcher. We are very particular about the quality of the meat we use, and we don’t use cuts that don’t meet our standards.
If you ever receive something that you feel isn’t right, please come and speak to us directly. We are always happy to look into it and, where appropriate, recook it for you or refund you.
