ChĂąteau Musar Jeune Rouge from the Bekaa Valley is a medium bodied blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc with notes of spice and licorice. Weâd recommend pairing it with our Grilled Spiced Kafta, charred spiced ground lamb with muhammara sauce and grilled mild banana peppers.
