To get to Castle Towers in Sydney by public transport, take the train to Castle Hill station and then take any of the following buses: 200, 204 or 610. These buses will drop you off at the Castle Hill Interchange, and from there it's only a short walk to the mall.
If you prefer to drive, take the M2 motorway towards Baulkham Hills and take the exit for Windsor Road. Follow this road until you see signboards directing you towards the mall. Once there, you can park in any of the parking spaces provided.
Once you're inside the mall, make your way towards the dining precinct on level 3. Look for Organic Whisk among all other shops/restaurants around them.
