Been a bit slow on here the last month, sorry guys. Work and life has been keeping me very busy!

Here's some more from my SE Asia trip, a cooking class I did in Vietnam. I learnt to make some traditional recipes and some unique to the area including the Egg Coffee.

Happy International Womens Day!

Thankyou to everyone who supports women in business! Being in and running a small business is hard enough, being a woman in business, can at times, be even harder I've found over the years. Whether its this one, or my other family business, you can have your really tough moments, and do wonder sometimes, is it really worth all the hard work, the time and effort put into it. But i promise, it is!

I am still going strong, still working hard and so thankful for everyone and anyone who supports small business, and especially those who support my business.

So if you're a woman in business or thinking about opening a business, just take the leap of faith and try it. If it doesn't work, that's ok, but imagine if it does! Thankyou to everyone who has supported my business these past 6 and a bit years, who has followed my movements and supported me over the 3 states my business has now been in. Thankyou. Thankyou. Thankyou. I couldn't do it without you.

I've made some wonderful new friends there past few years in women led business groups, run by incredible women. So if you want more info on them, comment below and I'll point you in the right direction 😊

I ALWAYS handmake my pinwheels for ANY grazing table I do. Not only do they taste great, but they also add the homemade touch I go for in my tables.

New batch brownie recipe testing 😃
BAKERS. This ones for you!

Do you ever feel like you can improve a recipe you've had for such a long time? Like you don't need the recipe in front of you, you just know it by heart? But you feel like a change?

I was like this today and thought I'd try a new approach. Not following a recipe, but adapting my current one to see if I can make them fudgyer (I don't think thats a word).
I've added 2 new ingredients and upped a few others. Also changed the cook time, so fingers crossed! 🤞

👏 Lets hope this works! 👏
