✨ The Holy Trinity of Vietnamese Comfort Food — Vegan Style ✨
If you know, you know. This is the iconic trio every Vietnamese kid grows up on — the flavours that define home, heritage, and heart. And at Loving Hut Cabramatta, you get the fully vegan, fully soul-hitting version.

1. Cá Kho Tộ — Vegan Fish Claypot
Rich, caramelised, savoury goodness. Our house-made vegan soy fish and vegan pork belly simmered in a traditional claypot until the flavours go deep.

2. Canh Chua — Vietnamese Sour Soup
A bright, tangy, sweet-sour tamarind broth loaded with water spinach, pineapple, tomato, okra, and beansprouts. The kind of soup that wakes up your whole spirit.

3. Tofu Rang Muối — Salt & Pepper Tofu
Crispy, golden, feather-light tofu tossed in our signature salt-pepper seasoning. A crowd favourite for a reason.

Served with fragrant jasmine rice.

Together, they hit every note: savory, sweet, sour, fresh, crispy, comforting — the full Vietnamese flavour spectrum, made 100% plant-based

The Discover Series - Vegan Pork Belly Claypot

Meet our latest experiment in comfort food: Vegan “Pork Belly” Claypot.

We hand‑build each piece using layers of tofu sheets for that tender, layered bite, and recreate the soft “fatty” skin using mochi. No mock meats, no processed fillers – just tofu sheets and mochi.

Each layer is delicately seasoned and slow‑marinated so the flavour soaks all the way through. The result? A dish that looks, tastes, and feels surprisingly close to pork belly – without the pork.

The secret’s out. Ready to discover what’s beyond your usual order?
