Tepache is making a comeback at Adobo. 🍍✨
Our house-made Mexican fermented pineapple drink is lightly sparkling, naturally sweet and incredibly refreshing. Made the traditional way, it takes four days to ferment — which means it will be perfectly ready next weekend.
A true taste of México that pairs beautifully with tacos. We’re excited to share it with you.

After 2 years of serving tacos with real Mexican flavour, we’ve decided to take it one step further — we’re now selling our salsas!
For now, we have 5 different styles, from the boldest and spiciest to the smoothest and mildest. Luis describes each one perfectly, from the hottest kick to the most gentle flavour.
Same recipes, same passion — now you can take them home. Available at ADOBO

Beef tongue in peanut salsa 🌮 encacahuatado de lengua de res!
Luis’ expression says it all — that first bite takes you straight home.
Slow-cooked, rich, full of memories, the kind of flavour that hugs you and reminds you why food is more than food… it’s home.

This week’s special is not playing it safe.
Smokey habanero octopus aguachile — bold, fresh and full of character.
Tender octopus, carefully cooked, then bathed in a smoky habanero aguachile that delivers all the flavour without the heat. You get those deep, aromatic habanero notes, balanced with bright citrus, fresh crunch and a gentle smokiness that lingers without burning.
This dish is all about contrast: cool and vibrant, soft and crisp, smoky and sharp. Full of personality but easy to enjoy, it’s the kind of plate you keep thinking about after the last bite. Perfect with a cold beer or a margarita, and just as good shared… or kept all to yourself.
Available for this week!!!
Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
