It’s Friday, and you know what that means! Market day!

Here’s our top picks for the weekend to get your seafood fix sorted:
First up, how good is Central Coast seafood?!!
Stunning Live Lobsters out of Terrigal! Also available in our restaurant BBQ’d with garlic butter goodness 🤤 🤤
Incredible fat Luderick coming from Lakehaven, the perfect fish skinned and b***d for fried fish tacos 😉
Line caught Mahi Mahi from Swansea (it’s close enough to the coast that we’re claiming it too 😂) ideal for BBQing or for whipping up a ceviche!
In our humble opinion, Empire Bay Sydney Rocks are the best oyster in Australia, argue with the wall 🧱 we’ve got them in stock all weekend!
If you know, you know, that local schoolies are the favourite around these parts, and these prawns are certainly fresh, delicious and just everything you could want in a snack 🦐

If cooking seafood takes too long because you’re too hungry, don’t stress, we’ve got you covered with sensational product that you can eat as soon as it’s in your hands.
Arriving out of Ulladulla this morning, A Grade, yep you read correctly, A Grade Sashimi Bluefin Tuna, that will melt in your mouth!
Pair that with the king of seafood umami, (cryovac packs to keep them even fresher!), AA grade uni (Kina for our NZ crowd)
Last but certainly not least, the excellent Pacific Oysters coming from St Helen’s in Tasmania to round out our weekend.

Everything available now, come get yours before it’s sold out!
