What people say
KFC, located at Merrylands Road in Merrylands, has received mixed reviews from different newspapers. A review from The Daily Telegraph dated on October 2021 says that the KFC restaurant offers a decent range of menu items but describes the quality of food as being inconsistent. The reviewer noted that the service was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable.
In contrast to this, Fairfax's Good Food publication reviewed KFC in April 2019 and found it to be lacking in both quality and variety. The reviewer found the food to be greasy and uninspired, with limited options for vegetarians or those with dietary restrictions.
Several customer reviews on Yelp suggest mixed experiences at this location. Some customers rave about KFC's signature fried chicken, while others complain about long wait times and incorrect orders.
Overall, it seems that KFC's Merrylands Road location may have some areas for improvement when it comes to consistency in food quality and service. However, individual experiences vary widely among customers - some enjoy their visits while others leave disappointed.
