Sometimes you just want a semi-sourdough baguette.
We don't do anything fancy with ours. We just give it time. Careful mixing and a slow ferment give it a crackly crust and a soft, irregular crumb.
The perfect vessel for a weekend sub or pairing with cheese and charcuterie boards.

This is the one.
Every so often a toastie does the rounds at the bakery and nobody hands it back. This was one of those.
Focaccia's back, filled with roast beef, our housemade pickled zucchini and a punchy jalapeño mayo, also made in-house.
It tastes like spring to us, and a reminder of everything spring can be.
