We’re a small, boutique cafe in Paddington looking for an experienced Barista to work each Tuesday for the next 6 weeks. We’re a neighbourhood cafe looking for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder who loves hospitality and who can also manage the cafe floor by themselves.
You’ll be working with a professional and outgoing team in a fun environment.
Experience is essential and if you’re a Barista, you must be able to handle 6kg per day, know how to adjust the grinder and have basic latte art skills.
You will also have exceptional customer service skills and be willing to help in all aspects of the cafe, including serving customers, cleaning tables, taking orders as well as making coffee.

We're seeking a Sous Chef who is genuinely passionate about all things food.
You also need to be an excellent multi-tasker who thrives in a busy café kitchen.
Like many cafés, we don't have a commercial kitchen, but we have all the tools you need to create dishes that our customers love.
You will have:
> 5+ years experience in a comparable, high-pressure environment;
> Chef's trade qualifications with a thorough knowledge of HACCP regulations and food safety principles;
> a demonstrated ability to develop recipes & menus and improve operational processes;
> experience leading a team, including onboarding, training, communication and performance management;
availability to work both Saturday and Sunday.
Flexibility and a positive attitude are equally important as your culinary skills.
