I thought I'd give this one a post of its own because it's really that good.

Breakfast baked rice!

It's a sort of risotto/clay pot rice type thing. I mean most cultures have some sort of a rice for breakfast and that's why I wanted to do it.

Rice blanched off in kombu, then mixed with Cacio E pepe sauce, baked in the oven til it gets nice, bubbly and a little charred on top. Then hit with some fried garlic, chives and a bit of parmesan. Then a fried egg and a roast mushroom.

It's an absolute flavour bomb of a breakfast and a dish that everyone should try!

Since we're gearing up for summer, I'll be getting the new w**e bar dishes tested and tested on you during happy hour!

This one came about by accident with a mystery box from the guys Two Providores and tuned out better than I could have imagined!

Prawns, whipped lardo toast with a Mediterranean furikake made with aleppo, fried garlic, coriander and fennel seeds, along with a few other things.
