For one night, Kuro became a celebration of Japan’s regional craftsmanship and culinary culture.
Hosted in partnership with , the Experience Japan Food Explore dinner brought together premium produce, rare sake and producers who travelled from Japan exclusively for the event, from Akita rice and Shizuoka Crown Melon to Hakkaisan Brewery from Niigata.
Guided by , the evening explored the stories, prefectures and traditions behind every pour and plate.
