There are moments at kuro that stop a room. This was one of them.

Witnessing maguro no kaitai, the traditional Japanese craft of whole tuna carving, unfold live across the evening with the kind of precision that feels almost unreal. Every cut deliberate. Every movement disciplined. The room completely locked in.

Tuesday’s event sold out faster than we expected, so we’re opening it again next month.
