Behind every plate and every pour at Kuro is a team who has dedicated their careers to their craft, trained in some of the world's finest kitchens, united by a shared philosophy of Japanese precision and genuine hospitality.

For one night, Kuro became a celebration of Japan’s regional craftsmanship and culinary culture.

Hosted in partnership with , the Experience Japan Food Explore dinner brought together premium produce, rare sake and producers who travelled from Japan exclusively for the event, from Akita rice and Shizuoka Crown Melon to Hakkaisan Brewery from Niigata.
